SKY Industries Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of SKY Industries Ltd at their meeting concluded today, has considered and approved the recommendation of payment of final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each, for the FY 2019-20, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, shall be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of SKY INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.22.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 22.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 775 in over 9 trades.
