Amtek Auto allots 312324 shares on FCCB conversion

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 10, 2006, has allotted 312,324 equity shares at Rs 209.83/- per share upon the conversion of FCCBs of US$ 1.50 million.
