ICICI Securities successfully advises TA Associates in its ~USD 86mn secondary stake purchase in NSE Ltd

ICICI Securities Limited (I-Sec) has successfully advised TA Associates in their secondary purchase of ~USD 86mn stake in National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), India's leading stock exchange and one of the largest in the world.

I-Sec acted as the buy side advisor to TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm, and provided end-to-end advisory services for the acquisition.

Shares of ICICI Securities Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.491.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 491.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18443 in over 928 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 504 and intraday low of 488.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9160158.
