Manappuram Finance Ltd approves private placement of Rs. 300 crore NCDs

The Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Ltd held on July 06, 2020 approved the issuance of the Private Placement of Rated, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures upto Rs.300 Crores (Rupees Three Hundred Crores Only).
