Torrent Power Ltd raises Rs. 300 crores through NCD issue

Torrent Power Ltd has issued and allotted Series 6 - 3,000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of Rs. 300 crores at a coupon rate of 7.30% p.a. on private placement basis.

Shares of TORRENT POWER LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.327.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 324.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 55909 in over 1364 trades.
