Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 1500 NCDs to raise Rs. 150 crore

In terms of the Board authorization dated February 5, 2020, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has today, July 03, 2020, allotted 1,500 Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10 lakh each ('NCDs') aggregating to Rs. 150 Crores, on a private placement basis. These NCDs have been subscribed by a large Indian public sector bank.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.230.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 225.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4672029 in over 46184 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 234.9 and intraday low of 215. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1047291354.
