Dhunseri Ventures Ltd Board recommeds Dividend of Rs. 0.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Dhunseri Ventures Ltd at its meeting held on July 03, 2020, has recommended declaration of dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company at Rs. 0.50 per share. The cut-off date for dividend is September 17, 2020.

The aforesaid dividend to the Equity Shareholders, if approved at the forthcoming AGM will be paid on or after September 28, 2020.

Shares of Dhunseri Ventures Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.59 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 63.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6394 in over 195 trades.
