India Gelatine and Chemicals Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of India Gelatine and Chemicals Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. July 03, 2020 at 04.00 p.m. "through Audio-Visual means" has recommended dividend of 15% (Rs 1.50/- per fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each) for the year ended 31st March, 2020 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
