Kuantum Papers Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 03, 2020, has recommended a dividend @ Re. 1.00 per share(10%) on the Redeemable noncumulative Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up and @ Rs. 2.50 per share (25%) on the equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up for the year ended March 31, 2020, to the shareholders, for declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
