HCL Technologies Ltd board to announce 1st quarter results on July 17, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of HCL Technologies Ltd is scheduled to be held on July 16-17, 2020 to consider the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 and payment of 1st Interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21.

The items relating to un-audited financial results and payment of Interim dividend shall be considered by the Board on July 17, 2020.

The Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of aforesaid interim dividend shall be July 25, 2020, subject to the approval of the interim dividend by the Board of Directors.
