Honda Siel Power Products Ltd to change name as Honda India Power Products Ltd

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs have granted its approval for change of name of the Company from 'Honda Siel Power Products Limited' to 'Honda India Power Products Limited' and have issued Certificate of Incorporation dated July 02, 2020.

Shares of HONDA SIEL POWER PRODUCTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1002 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 964.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1100 in over 256 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1015.7 and intraday low of 940. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1080923.
