V R Films & Studios Ltd Board recommends Dividend for FY20

The Board of Directors of V R Films & Studios Ltd at its meeting held on June 29, 2020, has recommended the Dividend of Rs. 1.00 /- i.e. 10% of fully paid up equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2019-20 on all equity shares subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
