CRISIL updates on ratings of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited

CRISIL Limited vide its letter dated June 30, 2020 has re-affirmed the rating of "CRISIL A1+" to the Commercial Paper programme of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited on the enhanced amount of Rs. 4500 Crore (enhanced from Rs. 3500 Crore to Rs. 4500 Crore).

Further, on the request of the Company, CRISIL Limited vide its letter dated June 30, 2020 has withdrawn the credit rating of "FAA+/Stable" assigned to Fixed Deposits of the Company as the Company is not having any outstanding Fixed Deposits.

Shares of CHAMBAL FERTILISERS & CHEMICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.150 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 141.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 97757 in over 2478 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 151.25 and intraday low of 142. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14467081.
