Vedavaag Systems Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Vedavaag Systems Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2020, has recommend Final Dividend of Rs. 1 per Equity Share having Face Value of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year 2019-2020, Subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
