The Board of Directors of Shangar Decor Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2020, has considered and approved the alteration of Capital Clause of Company by split of 1 (one) equity share of Rs. 10/-each in to 2 (Two) Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each, subject to consent of members to be obtained in General Meeting.
