Paisalo Digital Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1 for FY 2019-20

The Board of Directors of Paisalo Digital Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2020, has recommended the Dividend of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) per fully paid equity share of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to approval of Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Paisalo Digital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.216 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 219.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1538 in over 45 trades.
