Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 3 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd has recommended the dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity Share i.e. 30% on the face value of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2019-20, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
