ELCID Investments Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 15 for FY20

The Board of Directors of ELCID Investments Ltd at its meeting held on Tuesday, 30 June 2020 has approved the recommendation of payment of final dividend of Rs.15 per equity share of the face value of Rs.10 each for the financial year ended 31st March 2020, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing general meeting of the company.
