JL Morison India Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2020, has recommended the payment of dividend on Equity Shares @ Rs. 1/ - (Rupee One only) per share i.e. 10% of the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2020, subject to approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid/ dispatched between October 07, 2020 to October 20, 2020.
