West Coast Paper AGM approves Rs.15 dividend

West Coast Paper Mills Ltd has announced that the members at the 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, for the year ended March 31, 2006 at the rate of Rs 15/- per share.
