Titan Biotech Ltd Board recommends Dividend for FY20

The Board of Directors of Titan Biotech Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2020, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.00 per equity for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2020. The said dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited/dispatched to the eligible shareholders after the AGM within the limit as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
