NCL Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of NCL Industries Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2020, has recommended a final dividend of 10% amounting to Rs. 1/- per Equity share (Face value of Rs. 10 each) for the financial year 2019-20 subject to Ihe approval ol Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. If approved by the shareholders, it will be distributed as per the prescribed timelines. With this, the total dividend declared for the financial year 2019-20 stands to 25% (Previous Year 25%).
