NIRLON Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of Directors of NIRLON Ltd, at its meeting held on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, have recommended a dividend @7.5% per equity share (Rs.0.75 paise per equity share) for the Financial Year 2019-2020 subject to Shareholders' approval at the Company's ensuing 61st Annual General Meeting, and the same is subject to the provision of the Income Tax Act.
