Kaira Can Company Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1 for FY 2019-20

The Board of Directors of Kaira Can Company Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2020, has has recommended dividend of Rs. 1.00 (Rupees One only) per equity share Rs. 10.00 each, (10%) for the year ended March 31, 2020. The same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the ensuing 57th Annual General Meeting.
