Bharat Electronics Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.40 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Bharat Electronics Ltd at their meeting held on 29th June, 2020, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.40/- per equity share (140%) of Rs. 1/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2019-20 subject to approval by the shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
