Indian Bank board approves raising upto Rs. 5000 crore

The Board of Directors of Indian Bank in the meeting held on 29.06.2020 accorded approval to the Bank to raise Basel III compliant Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 Bonds upto Rs. 5000 crs in one or more tranches in Current or subsequent financial years based on the requirement.

Shares of INDIAN BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.64.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 66.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 256397 in over 2190 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 65.9 and intraday low of 63.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16485765.
