Haldyn Glass Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.60 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Haldyn Glass Ltd at its meeting held on Monday, June 29, 2020, has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.60/- (i.e. 60%) per equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid - up for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to approval of the members at the 29th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company and will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.
