Mallcom India Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 2 for FY 2019-20

The Board of Directors of Mallcom (India) Ltd at its meeting held on June 29, 2020, has recommended Dividend of 20% (i.e. Rs. 2 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each) for the FY 2019-20, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
