NGL Fine-Chem Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.75 for FY20

The board of directors of NGL Fine-Chem Ltd at its meeting held on June 29, 2020 has approved the recommendation of final Dividend of Rs.1.75/- per fully paid up equity share of Rs.5/- each for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2020.
