Rossell India Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of Rossell India Ltd have recommend Dividend of Re. 0.20 per fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company (i.e. 10% on the paid up Share Capital) for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2020 subject to declaration of the same by the shareholders at the 26th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2020.
