TIME Technoplast Ltd board approves final dividend of Rs. 0.95

The Board of Directors of Time Technoplast Limited at its meeting held today i.e.June 29, 2020, has recommended Final Dividend @ Rs.0.95 per Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs.1.00/- each being 95%, for the Financial Year 2019-20, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of TIME TECHNOPLAST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.39.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 39.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40428 in over 411 trades.
