Tata Steel Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 10 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Tata Steel Ltd at the meeting held today, i.e. June 29, 2020 has recommended a dividend of Rs. 10/- per Ordinary Share of Rs. 10/- each (100%) and Rs. 2.504 per partly paid Ordinary Share of Rs. 10/- each (paid-up Rs. 2.504 per share) (100%) to the shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2020. The dividend recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and will be paid post the AGM.

Shares of TATA STEEL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.321.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 323.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 901196 in over 11341 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 325.65 and intraday low of 312.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 285738021.
