SJVN Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50 for FY20

The Board of directors of SJVN Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of 0.50/- Paisa per Share of 10/- each for the FY 2019-20 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Final Dividend is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.70/- per Equity Share for the Financial Year 201 9-20 paid in the month of February, 2020 and will be paid within the statutory period as per the Companies Act, 2013.
