Premco Global Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 2 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Premco Global Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 29.06.2020 has recommended Dividend of Rs. 2/- per share of Rs.10 each for the financial year ended 31st March 2020 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of PREMCO GLOBAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.82 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 83. The total number of shares traded during the day was 403 in over 21 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 83.95 and intraday low of 79. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 33093.
