Anjani Portland Cement Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 5 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Anjani Portland Cement Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. June 29, 2020, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share (50%) of Rs. 10 each for the Financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The dividend if approved by the shareholders shall be paid/dispatched not later than 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
