KIFS Financial Services Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 1.25

At the board meeting held today (Monday, June 29, 2020), the board of KIFS Financial Services Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.25 (i.e. 12.50%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- (rupees ten only) each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2020. Payment of the same is subject to approval of shareholders in their ensuing annual general meeting.
