Pokarna Ltd Board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.60 for FY20

The board of directors of Pokarna Ltd ay the meeting held on 27th june,2020 have recommended a final dividend @30% i.e Rs.0.60/- per equity share of face value of Rs.2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020, which shall be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting subject to approval of shareholders of the company.
