D-Link India Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of D-Link India Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 27th June 2020 has considered and recommended for final dividend of Re. 1/- (i.e. 50%) per equity share, face value of Rs. 2/-each for the financial year 2019-20 subject to approval of the members in the Annual General Meeting.

Shares of D-Link (India) Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.86.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 86.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4081 in over 156 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 88.2 and intraday low of 85.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 352187.
