Greenply Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.40 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Greenply Industries Ltd at its meeting held on June 27, 2020, has recommended final dividend of Re. 0.40/- per equity share of Re. 1.00/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2020 and the Company will arrange to pay the same within 10 days of its approval by the Shareholders of the Company at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2020.
