NHPC Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend for FY2020

The Board of Directors of NHPC Ltd at its meeting held on June 27, 2020, has recommended final dividend @ 3.2% of face value of Rs. 10/- per share (Re 0.32 per equity share) on the paid up share capital of the Company for the FY 2019-20 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 1.18 per equity share for the FY 2019-20 paid in March, 2020. The final dividend, if declared, will be paid within the statutory period as per the Companies Act, 2013.

Shares of NHPC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.20.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 20.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 606199 in over 1254 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 20.9 and intraday low of 20.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12576228.
