Jindal Saw Ltd Board approves Dividend for FY2020

The Board of Directors of Jindal Saw Ltd in their meeting held on 27.06.2020, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share of Rs. 2 each for the financial year ended 31.03.2020, subject to approval of Members in the ensuing AGM.
