Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited at its meeting held on June 26, 2020, has recommended Dividend @ 250% i.e. Rs. 2.50/- per share (face value of Re. 1/- each) on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year 2019 - 20 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
