Apollo Micro Systems Ltd Board recommends Dividend for FY2020

The Board of Directors of Apollo Micro Systems Ltd at its meeting held on June 26, 2020, has recommended a dividend @ 5% i.e. Rs 0.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial year 2019-20, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
