The Board of Directors of Rupa & Company Ltd at its meeting held on June 26, 2020, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 3 per Share (300%) on the equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2020. The said Dividend is subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The said Dividend, if approved, shall be paid/dispatched before the statutory timeline.
