Black Rose Industries Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.35 for FY20

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 26th June, 2020 has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.35 paise per equity share (i.e. @ 35% on the paid - up equity share capital) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of BLACK ROSE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.140.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 134. The total number of shares traded during the day was 100140 in over 2405 trades.
