The Board of Directors of Sumedha Fiscal Services Ltd at its meeting held on June 26, 2020, has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.60/- per Equity Share (face value of Rs. 10/-) out of retained earnings, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend is to be paid / dispatched within the statutory time limit of 30 days of the AGM, if declared.
