Dolfin Rubbers Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of directors of Dolfin Rubbers Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.1/- per Equity Share (i.e. 10%) having face value of Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2019-2020. The Final Dividend will be paid after approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
