Shree Rajasthan Texchem Ltd has announced that the court convened meetings of the Shareholders, Secured / Unsecured Creditors of the Company held on October 06, 2006 have unanimously approved, the scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd.
