CONCOR declares final dividend of Rs. 2.85 for FY20

The Board of directors of Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) has declared a Final Dividend of Rs.2.85/- (57%) per equity share of face value of Rs.5/ each for the year 2019-20. This Final Dividend above is in addition to Interim Dividend @15% (i.e. Rs.0.75 per share of Rs.5/- each) already paid in February, 2020. The dividend declared is subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of CONTAINER CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.426.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 417.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 90403 in over 4337 trades.
