Everest Organics Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Everest Organics Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e. the 25th day of June, 2020 has recommended a final Dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs. 1/- per equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of EVEREST ORGANICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.176.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 152. The total number of shares traded during the day was 78099 in over 716 trades.
